auf Wiedersehen

my lord, I love Project Runway. I have seen every season and I always pick my favorite during the first episode. Some of my favorites have been, Leanne Marshall, Christian Siriano, Carol Hannah Whitfield, and my ultimate favorite, Alison Kelly (she posts here quite a bit and here is her etsy). I always choose a favorite by their personal style and if I would wear (mostly) everything they make on the show. My favorite episode is always the one right before the Fashion Week show where Tim Gunn (love him!) goes to the designer's house and meets their family and gets to see the collection in progress. Leanne's Bryant Park show was one of my favorite show moments ever! anyway, I have a favorite for this season, Anna Lynett. she is so adorable!

I am working on some cute new knitting patterns today. I have to find the pattern for the pomegranate. silly me, I wrote it on an index card. it could be anywhere!

also, I have a new list of blogs that I will be changing regularly. it's over there <-
I have been having a lot of luck finding cute new bogs and I like to share.

I also changed things up a bit :)

I really like this band, The Love Language. I saw them in the summer open for Cursive right around the corner from me. They were so energetic and dance-y. I loved watching the tambourine girl move to the music. She never stopped moving and stomping. She had what appeared to be her sister on stage and they both had impeccable outfits. They looked like they had mad fun while playing their music. They just looked so happy to be there. I really like that about certain bands. Anyway, they are from Chapel Hill so we had a little chat about North Carolina after the show. I lived there for a long time. I can tell you that Chapel Hill is a great place...my bf and I have added North Carolina to the places we want to move when we make the "big move". After all, my lovely bff, Katelyn Love lives there and we would finally be reunited.
so, check out The Love Language, they are good stuff.

I believe you can stream their entire album here
